Iqraa Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics, as defined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The magazine takes all necessary measures to prevent unethical publishing practices and ensures rigorous oversight at every stage of the scholarly publication process.
The magazine aims to maintain the integrity of academic publishing through clear policies that emphasize transparency and balance the rights and responsibilities of authors, editors, and reviewers.
First: Responsibilities of the Editorial Board
- Publication Decisions
- Decisions on accepting or rejecting submissions based on reviewers' reports, the scientific value, and the relevance of the research to the magazine's scope.
- Decisions are made considering the work's originality, quality, and scientific significance.
- Confidentiality
- The Editor-in-Chief and editorial board members are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and shall not disclose any information about a submission except to authors, reviewers, or other relevant parties.
- Peer Review
- All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Qualified reviewers are selected to provide objective and independent evaluations.
- Integrity and Conflict of Interest
- The Editor-in-Chief and editorial board members must not use unpublished material for personal purposes.
- Reviewers are required to disclose any conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment.
- Handling Misconduct
- All reports of unethical behavior are thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action is taken according to established policies.

- While authors retain copyright, they are required to transfer publication rights to the magazine upon acceptance of their research.
- Error Correction
- Authors must notify the editorial board promptly if errors are discovered post-publication, so corrections or retractions can be made.

Procedures for Handling Misconduct

- Allegations of publication ethics violations, such as plagiarism or data manipulation, are investigated thoroughly. Appropriate actions, including manuscript rejection or retraction, are taken as necessary.
