Abstract
The article discusses DigiQUAL, a framework for measuring the quality of digital services provided by libraries and information institutions. DigiQUAL aims to assess user satisfaction with digital services, such as electronic databases, e-books, and search platforms. This framework collects and analyzes user data to identify areas that need improvement or development. The article highlights the importance of DigiQUAL in helping libraries meet user expectations and deliver high-quality digital services in line with technological advancements.
